Flexible Mandate

We combine a diligent fundamental investment process with a specialised understanding of various Special Situations. By embracing these less common or complex events we can invest in great businesses at a deep discount to intrinsic value.

Long-Term

We underwrite every investment as if we were going to own the whole business for the long-term, necessitating deep fundamental analysis. Our average equity holding period is well over four years.

Over 20 years experience investing in equity and distressed debt through different market cycles. 17 years as a Portfolio Manager. Founded and ran MSD's European office from 2006 to 2018. Previously Lone Star and Deutsche Bank.
